Solid stay with great views
helpful staff convenient funicular great view good selection
I found the staff very helpful. The hotel provided a convenient funicular to street level, this meant I didn't have to walk up the hill. I also really enjoyed the sea view from my room. The hotel breakfast had a good selection of food options.
The pool was quite deep. Most of it did not allow standing, less relaxing with kids.

The room included a large terrace with two chairs and a table. There were also two bedside tables, each with its own reading lamp. I found a mini-fridge, though empty, and a safe in the closet.

The reception desk was available 24 hours. I also noticed that daily room cleaning service was provided and was quite detailed.

sea view breakfast buffet easy access
i really liked the location and the sea view from our 'double or twin room sea view'. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries. i especially appreciated the funicular that provided easy access to the street below, saving us from climbing the steep slope.
the gym had limited equipment, it only had a few machines and free weights and it felt a bit cramped.

helpful staff great location many facilities excellent view
The staff were AMAZINGLY nice and helpful. The hotel location is great. It's near the beach. The hotel includes MANY facilities. Breakfast had an excellent view!!!
The access from the bottom of the hotel doesn't always work, so you have to walk up a short steep hill to the main entrance, SO plan accordingly.

great view easy access inconsistent responses gluten issue
i really liked the room. it was super clean and the view from the balcony was magnificent!!! the hotel location helped me enjoy the city by day and night. it was easy to get to the highway too.
I found the staff inconsistent with their responses about food. my daughter has coeliac. on the first day, there was no gluten-free bread so we had to buy our own!!! the chef told us everything on the egg station was gluten-free. on the second day, my daughter was really unwell.
